Pow Mia Day 2024 India. Pow/mia recognition day is observed on the third friday of september, on september 15 this year, to recommit to full accountability to the families of the more than 80,000. Since 1999, the pow/mia accounting community has created a poster commemorating national pow/mia recognition day.
